YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is an ancient yogic practice. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a mind-body therapy.
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.
The first session of Yoga Nidra can bring immediate physical and emotional benefits, such as reduced stress and better sleep, and if practised regularly and often it has the potential to heal deeper psychological wounds and past trauma.
The first session of Yoga Nidra can bring immediate physical and emotional benefits, such as reduced stress and better sleep, and if practised regularly and often it has the potential to heal deeper psychological wounds and past trauma.
A session lasts between 20 to 60 minutes at a time. You lay down, eyes closed, surrendering to the ground and simply follow the voice of the person guiding the session.
I am a certified Yoga Nidra instructor and learned the techniques of Yoga Nidra from Indian Monks when living in an authentic Ashram in India.
Yoga Nidra is a very sacred practice and I encourage you to listen to this without any distraction.
